KYC-Agent Technologies is a small, focused team solving a problem we’ve lived firsthand: compliance teams at regulated financial institutions being asked to catch sanctions evaders at machine speed using tools built for a pre-digital era.
Why we exist
The gap between sanctions list updates and human review is where enforcement actions happen.
Every compliance officer knows this moment: OFAC publishes an update at 9am, and now their team has to re-screen tens of thousands of counterparties — manually — against a list that will update again tomorrow. The gap between those updates and human capacity is where fines, enforcement actions, and reputational damage are born.
We built KYC-Agent because we believe that gap shouldn’t exist. Every counterparty should be re-evaluated the moment something material changes — a new list entry, a news signal, a registry update, a beneficial-owner swap. Analysts should see only what requires a human decision, not the 99% of noise that currently consumes their time.
Our goal is simple: make compliance teams faster than the risks they monitor.
